The Orange City Police Department has received multiple calls with reports from concerned citizens regarding monkey sightings across various areas within the city. According to various Facebook comments, the last monkey sighting was near the Popeyes in Orange City, off Enterprise Road.

Residents should exercise caution if they encounter one of these primates and seek assistance from the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC).
